1. Visit Ireland.
We had a nightmare of a time getting to Dublin back in September but it was an amazing long weekend. Eddie Rockets put such a smile on Andy's face like you wouldn't believe!
6. Complete the whole '1001 Movies you must see before you die.'
I'm still making my way through this, but I'm doing well. Just a few more years maybe...
9. Spend more time behind a camera!
I've been doing the 'Things We Love' for my work, so once a week I have to take my camera in. I also photograph for another work project but that's top secret. This is helping me to understand my camera more and I'm more keen to use it all the time.
10. Write, write, write!
My official title at Tigerprint is Creative Editor, so I write for most of every week day. This year I'm going to pick up the speed a bit and write in my own time too.
12. See more live music.
This year I have seen...
Tegan and Sara
I definitely think I could do better than this, but I've felt really lucky this year.
14. Make a business plan.
Keep your eyes peeled.
16. Learn to use Illustrator better!
Not only can I use Illustrator surprisingly well, but I've also become pretty nifty at Photoshop too!
17. Do something for charity.
This year I gave so much to charity my wardrobe was practically empty... well not for long of course!
18. Find a new home.
Since my last birthday I moved from Bradford...
and this month I am moving from Saltaire back to Manchester. Wowee.
19. Read more poetry.
This year started off quite well with this...
But poetry didn't take me where Spoken Word takes me, or a good book takes me. Well, not yet anyway!
20. Do 'Dry January'.
Completed! With gold stars! It's surprisingly easier than you'd think!
21. Revamp wardrobe.
See No. 17.
So I did a whole 12 out of 24, which I think is mega lame. Ok maybe not, I actually think the goals I set were too difficult to do within a year. I've done well... but I'll do even better this year!
